Irishspeedtraps is in no way responsible or liable for any damage or loss whatsoever arising from viewing or downloading information from this web site and from the use of or reliance on the information and guidance on this web site.

Upon agreeing to the Terms of Use of the Irishspeedtraps annual subscription, and under the condition of full payment of the annual subscription fee, Irishspeedtraps grants the nonexclusive and also non-transferable, non-rentable and non-loanable right to install and use the data exclusively to the customer specified in the order and exclusively for private purposes.
7. The Customer is only licensed to use the Content on one (1) unit for each download/purchase. To use the Content on additional devices the a separate download of the content must be purchased by the Customer for each device the content is to be used on.
8. The Customer may use the Content for navigation. The Customer may not disassemble or decompile the Content or the map information, make changes in the Service, or create any software based on the Content or portions thereof. The Customer may not use the Content for other purposes or in other manner.
The Customer may use the Software for internal business or personal use only and not for transfer, distribution, or disclosure to third parties or use for the benefit of third parties.
9. The Content or the Service may not be used in a manner that would result in significant inconvenience for Irishspeedtraps or third party.
10. The Content and service provided has been produced with the inclusion of protective data. If unauthorised use by the customer or by a third party that the customer has supplied or by a third party that the customer supported in violating a copyright , then evidence of violation of the terms of use is considered to have been provided. In such a case, besides immediately desisting, the customer is required to provide complete information about the type and extent of the copyright and/or usage right violation as well as complete compensation for the direct and indirect costs for the necessary prosecution. In the event of culpable action, the customer is required, at the discretion of Irishspeedtraps, to make compensation for the specific damages, to hand over the illicit gains, or to pay a reasonable royalty. Rights are reserved for claims for compensation going above and beyond this.
11. Refunding: There is no claim for a refund of the annual fee.

12. Irishspeedtraps assumes no guarantee for the completeness and correctness of the data.
13. Liability Limitation: Irishspeedtraps disclaims liability for any damages, or loss of any kind, whether special, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, arising from the use of the Service. This exemption of liability doesn't apply in the event of intent or gross negligence. Claims from requirements stipulated by law remain unaffected.
